It relays on the fuse by the door if your turn signal not working then that may be the problem or you might have to get a dimmer switch. You can get one a o;reillys or auto zone for a cheap price.

Ok look under the steering wheel, there is a small pull out box, open and there should be a silver round large looking THING (flasher), pull that out and replace the flasher its about $5.
