The flush valve for the radiator on a 1999 Buick Century is located on the bottom of the radiator near the vehicle's frame. When it is loosened, the coolant will slowly drain from the vehicle.
If there is a bleeder valve, it would be located at the top of thermostat housing
on the valve body
The PCV valve plugs into the rocker arms cover or intake manifold.
typically ther're on the top of the valve cover or on the intake manifold.
Under the alternator. You must remove the alternator to get to it.
It's under th air breather.

If you have a 3.3L the PVC valve is located under the alternator.

Note that a 2.8L engine is a V6 and has two valve covers. Did you try looking at the other valve cover? == == == == IT'S ON THE VALVE COVER WHERE THEY ALWAYS ARE. I have this car and it is not there!
