There is no hardware switch on the B130. To turn the radio on and off, press FN + F2.
It's on the F2 key at the top of the keyboard. Press it once to turn wifi off. You have to hold Fn and press the wifi button to use this F2. Fn is next to ctrl on the bottom row on the left.

There are many places where a person can purchase a Dell Inspiron B130. Some stores, such as Best Buy, Sears, Office Max and Office Depot all sell the Dell Inspiron B130.
We would need to know the exact model of Inspiron it is. Many of them are, however, wireless capable.
no
My fiance owns a Dell Inspiron 1110 and it does have built in wireless. All newer laptops beyond a certain year have built in wireless.

Dell produces the Inspiron 1000 notebook. These laptops have a slower processor speed and do not have wireless integrated, but they are a decent price.
Dell wireless utility is a wireless connection manager. Dell wireless utility has improved user interface, includes radio switch, and is included with Dell Wireless card driver.
your hoping that someone will see this question, someone who either owns or uses that one model of your computer... why not just go to dell.com? most laptops made in the last like 5 years have wifi.. most desktops dont
