Under the dashboard on the driver's side. If you lie on your back on the driver's side and look straight up just to the side of the fuse panel, you will see a row of wires running into the relays. Several relays are lined up on a stamped, sheet-metal bracket. The wiper relay is one of middle relays (mine was black).
