Powertrain Control Module ( PCM )
The ignition control module for a 1995 ford f150 is an important part of the drive train. If the module is failing then the engine will run erratically or not start at all.
Behind the glove box.
Could be the ignition module. It's attached to the side of the distributor.
This is not recommended. You should always replace electrical components with the exact replacement part to avoid personal injury and damage to your vehicle. Dont do this it will fry your wiper control module, but your module is probably already fried as its only running the washer and not the wiper.
The power control module (PCM) is the brain of the vehicles engine functions. The relay is a module as part of its power supply circuit.
Would be in the distributer or the ignition module
On the distributor
It sounds as if you have a bad ignition control module. It would be located on the distributor. On some of these vehicles, the module was moved over on to the side of the left fender. Ford had a lawsuit against them for these modules, but the time to submit claims against them has expired. It is also referred to as the thick film ignition (TFI)module.
On the throttle body
The 1993 Ford F-150 has the most common hook-end wiper arms. See sources and related links below for installation videos. Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.
