Where is thermal flasher on a 1997 Pontiac Transport?

On my 92 Trasport SE. It's located under dash left side sterring column. Very hard to get to as it's in a tight spot. Very tight spot. Look real good with small flashlight. You will have to lie on your back with your head up underneath dash to see it. Good luck........
