On the front of the engine behind/attached to the fan
I believe it is in the rear driver side of your car. When you turn your key to the on position you should hear it "kick in."
either the water pump went out or the blower itself did. you have to pull the dash out to replace it. it's really not the most difficult thing to do so don't get discouraged
Good! Save gas!
I have a 1979 280zx also and just changed it it is located near the gas tank under the car in the passenger side

possibly your MAF sensor, fuel pump, ignition control module, so many more, I own one and these cars are very tempermental
It is outside of the fuel tank close to the rear passenger wheel. Can't miss the big silver/chrome tubular device sticking out with lines and wires coming off it.
In some Nissan Pickups of that year, the fan clutch is actually integrated with the water pump as an assembly. Therefore, the fan clutch cannot be separated from the water pump. There are six bolts holding the water pump to the engine block; remove those bolts and the water pump/fan clutch assembly should come out as a unit.
Fuel pump?
take off rear wheel it is by gas tank not in tank
The fuel pump is located next to the tank behind the right rear tire.
Which engine does your 1982 Chevy Celebrity have? Is it the 2.5L 4 cylinder or the 2.8L V6? They are very different.
