If you visit Lim's weapon shop in Falconreach you will see and Orb, something in Lim's dialogue will mention the Orb and it will take you to Battleon where Yulgar's Weapon Shop is. (Also where you can find the Fire War)

∙ 13y agoFirst enter Falconreach and go up to the guardian tower and go right to get to the Gryffon. Click Battleon. There's Yulgar. :D
