Yes. By the time of Dawn Treader, it is clear that they have left their evacuation-house in the country and have been back with their parents for some time.

At the end of The Last Battle, it is revealed that their parents have been killed in the same train accident, and they are in fact in Aslan's Country with them.

Did Mr Tumnus ever die in Narnia 1?

Mr. Tumnus got turned into stone by the White Witch, but Aslan came back and brought him back at the end of the movie, so no, he didn't die. Mr. Tumnus is dead by the time the children come back to Narnia in the second film because hundreds of years have pasted and he probably died in war but that was not in Narnia 1

Did the London evacuees ever get to see their mothers again?

It is likely that some London evacuees were able to see their mothers again after being evacuated, as many were eventually able to return home when the danger of bombings decreased. However, the specifics would vary for each evacuee and depend on factors such as their location, circumstances, and the duration of the war.

Did evacuees ever miss their parents?

Yes indeed. The child evacuations of World War II were done to keep the children safe from the intense bombings. The feelings of these children were a national concern in England, but it was deemed necessary for the continuation of that generation. One of the most loved children's series, "The Chronicles of Narnia" detailed a typical child's reaction to being sent away. External to the fantasy aspect, one reads that the four children were defensive, lost, and bewildered by the transition. The professor was kindly but reclusive, the housekeeper was overly defensive, and the children were forced to evaluate their new condition. While the children were aware of the reasons for evacuation, they still did not understand the feeling of abandonment. In many instances, they were not returned to their parents for many years, and the reestablishment of a family was a hard thing. While they missed their parents, they grew as children do and changed. Many adjustments had to be made when the children went home.
