Try Ebay first, then try any local junkyards, then try an import parts store. Your last option would be the dealer, or if courtesy Nissan parts in TX has it, it'll cost HALF what your local dealer will be charging.

Replace the seat belt.
That light will go out as soon as you fasten every seat belt in the car.

The connector should be by floor next to buckle
Take it to the dealer the seat belts have a life time warrantee form Nissan they will fix them for free. Check the warrantee section of you user manual.
Could be behind the drivers seat under the ridge in the floor where the seat belt bolts down. Regards, Kieran.
My '91 Stanza has automatic shoulder restraint but I have to buckle the lap belt.
Had the same problem. Nissan covers this for the life of the vehicle, go to the dealer and let them replace the vehicle restraint system.
Bring it back to dealer. Seat belts usually carry a lifetime warranty to include their mechanism.
