you can get a piplup in the beginning by choosing it as your beginner
The only way to get piplup is to choose it as your starter, trade someone for it, or have an action replay. Iwould be willing to trade you one of my piplups cause i had an empoleon and i breed it with ditto and now I have like 12.

∙ 14y agoPiplup cannot be caught in the game. However, you can pick it a your starter. You could get an egg by breeding a Quagsire and an Empoleon (Or Prinplup) to get a Piplup egg.
