Where can you get a heart scale in Pokemon ruby?

One of them is in Lilycove. Go to the place where a Aqua Grunt was watching the 3 wailmers. When you reached it, go west(to the rocks) then press A on the rocks until you find the heart scale.Second, before you reach the seafloor cavern where you can find the hijacked submarine: Before you reach the entrance, you will come along with a rock that has pink endings. Press A on that rock and you will get another heart scale.Third(the most used way), go to the area of Luvdiscs. Bring one of your Pokemon that knows THIEF. Then encounter Luvdiscs, use thief when they appear, and if you got one, run from it.Hope that helped!

To get a heart scale u must first get an explore kit from Eterna city and go underground walking anywhere u see sparkles on the under ground map then go to them and touch the ds bottom screen to see the sparkles on the wall, then dig! Hope this helps! :)

there's 1 on the beach at Lilycove city go around and press A at all the rocks.. you'll eventually find it.. there's some underwater.. 1 between Mosdeep and Lilycove... U get HM dive at Mosdeep after defeating Gym and Team Magma (at rocket station)

There's also 2 or 3 underwater between Mosdeep and Sootopolis... I suggest going to Lilycove b4 sootopolis so u can fly there (close to the tower where rayquaza is) when Wallace leaves you behind at Cave of Origin.... I also suggest you go to Sootopolis before you go fight team aqua about Kyogre....

Oh, there may be one on a wild Luvdisc (rare)
