I believe there are no Pocket Monsters going by the name of Ho-ho.
If you are referring to the legendary Fire/Flying Ho-oh, it's right at the lava/volcano maps. It's pretty rare, so keep hunting!

β 15y agoYou can't catch Ho-oh in Pokemon Pearl or in Pokemon Diamond, but you can migrate Ho-oh in pal park from a GBA game.
