∙ 9y agoYou have a misunderstanding in your question. A valley with 800 pyramids doesn't exist. However, in a hill called Qurnet Murai there are more than 800 tombs dating to the Ramesses period. The necropolis of Qurnet Murai' is located on the West Bank of the Nile at Thebes, Egypt, just to the south of Sheikh Abd el-Qurna. It was also used as a cemetery for officials of the New Kingdom administration in Thebes.

∙ 15y agoThe term is "the valley of Kings" of the Upper Egypt where temples of Egyptian Kings and Pharaohs are located. The Pyramids are build on the left bank of Nile mostly and the famous Great Pyramid is at Giza southwest of Cairo
