There is no OBD II port on your '93 Villager. 1995 and earlier model were equipped with the EEC or OBD I. All other models starting 1996 had OBD II. Sorry !! Now, you can access the codes on the OBD I system but, you will need to have a repair manual for detailed instructions. Get one at your local parts store.
Under the dash to the right of the steering column.
OBDII plugs are under the dash to the right of the steering column.
To the right of the steering column under the dash.

With an OBD2 scan tool. Or just unhook the battery for a minute.
Unless you have the CP9190 model which includes several different hook-up cables, it can not be done. Pre-1996 vehicles are equipped with the OBD I system. The connector on the 1995 Villager is located on the transaxle near the starter.
Perhaps there are no codes set to read.
For the '94, it is an OBD-1 system. The connector is located on top of the transmission, under the air intake hose, on the right side of the engine. There are three connectors, the one closest to the firewall, with three wires, is the OBD connector.
Either use a scan tool or unhook the battery for a minute.
