Most world cultures have some form of bagpipe in their cultural history, when most people think of bagpipes they are thinking of the Great Highland Bagpipe, which are scottish.
There is not much published for that combination, but most Canadian military bands have at least some they are able to loan out, generally bagpipe standards like The Black Bear and Scotland the Brave. The US Army Field Band also has some bagpipe music that can be loaned.
