Probably snow, if your Earth includes the totality of items found on the planet. Some clouds would have an albedo almost as high - but only in parts.

If you wish to limit your answer to earth solids, then perhaps milky quartz, and marble would have a high albedo.

A high albedo would be found over the polar ice caps and Greenland. Low albedo would be found over areas with dark soil such as farmland.

What processes contribute to the earth's albedo being 30 percent?

Albedo refers to the fraction of sunlight an object or material reflects. The average albedo of Earth's surface is 30%, which is influenced by deforestation and farming activities.

Where is there high albedo?

Actually the very highest Albedo is from fresh snow which reads .8 to .9 (1 being the highest possible on the Albedo scale)

The surface reflectivity of a planet or moon is called?

Albedo. The albedo of the Earth is 0.367. When Vangelis released his album, Albedo 0.39, that was what the albedo of Earth was in 1976.

How does snow affect the earth's albedo?

Albedo means how reflective the earth is. Snow increases the earth's albedo by reflecting more of the sun's radiation.

What is the albedo of Neptune?

The average overall albedo of Earth, itsplanetary albedo, is 30 to 35%, because of the covering by clouds, but varies widely locally across the surface, depending on the geological and environmental features.

Would snow have a low or high albedo value?

Snow, particularly fresh snow, has some of the highest albedos of anything on Earth's surface.

Same and differences of albedo and insolation?

The albedo effect is how a darker material gets hotter faster than a lighter material. Insolation is the solar radiation from the sun.

What is Reflectivity of the Earth's surface called?

Albedo

How does a low albedo affect the earth?

A lower albedo would mean that the Earth would absorb more solar energy and warm up more.

Does the sun moon or earth have more reflective power?

The Earth has the more reflective power. How much light that is reflected from a body is know as the albedo. Earth has an albedo of 0.367 where as the moon has an albedo of only 0.136. The sun is not said to have an albedo because it emits far more energy that it could ever possibly reflect from other sources.

Does a mirror have a low albedo?

no. a mirror has a high abedo (perhaps the highest)

What does the snow storm do to the environment?

Increases the albedo of the Earth
