Austria, Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Great-Britain, Italy,

Ireland, the Netherlands, New-Zealand, Norway, Poland, South-Africa, Spain,

Sweden, Russia, USA, etc.

PS : Look at the First international conference on ISO 31000 - May 21 and 22 in Paris (check link).
