There are two Abigail's mentioned in the Bible: The first is one of King David's wives. The second one is one of King David's sisters. There is no mention of the death of either.
The name of God is Jehovah. It's located in Psalms 83: 18. If it does not appear in your Bible then your Bible is the one that had his name removed because they view his name as to powerful to speak of so they replace it with Lord, King, or God.

It is pretty much the same. One difference I found was at Psalms 68:4, whereas the 21st Century King James uses the devine name of God, Jehovah, the King James uses the shortened form, Jah.
