I believe it is the Isle of Wight. Ventnor is the UKs mildest place in the UK. South Coast of UK has good sunshine average along with the Weald Valley near Tunbridge Wells.
On average the South and SouthEast of England have the most sunshine, with the Isle of Wight being the best place.
