In my opinion two battles had the greatest impact on the outcome of Revolutionary War:

1 - Saratoga, because the victory of the Continental Army and the capture of a British Army convbinced France to intervene in the conflict on the American side.

2 - Yorktown, because the victory of the American-French allied army and the surrendering of Cornwallis' army made the British to give up further military actions against the 13 Colonies.
