There are a lot of systems that controls the body.
These are:
Immune System
Digestive System
Cardiovascular System
Integumentary System
Respiratory System
Endocrine System
Reproductive System
Excretory System
Musculoskeletal System
Nervous System
There are two systems that control and coordinate the body and all of it's activities, the nervous system which includes the brain and spinal cord and the nerves leading to each. The endocrine system also plays an important role in involuntary body functions along with the autonomic nervous system which controls involuntary actions.
The nervous system regulates the other systems. It consists of the brain, the spinal cord, and the nerves. They gather information, make decisions and give the orders.
The endocrine system also exerts some control. It sends hormones through the bloodstream as chemical messengers from the glands to organs and tissues throughout the body.
The answer most people would give is the nervous system. But, the system that has a broader scope and affects every other system in the body is the endocrine system. It is the partner to the nervous system and communicates with every cell in your body. The nervous system only control those tissues and organs that it has nerve receptors and motor units. It does not affect every cell in your body as does the endocrine system.
the brain controls all the systems.
The central nervous system, particularly the brain, serves as the control center of the body.
The nervous system which includes the brain, spinal cord, all the incoming and outgoing nerve fibers.

The nervous system controls all of the other body systems.
The autonomic nervous system that controls the functions within the body. Some functions that it controls are the heartbeat, digestive system, and breathing. The autonomic nervous system is the part of the peripheral nervous system that acts as a control system. It functions largely below the level of consciousness to control visceral functions.
That would be the nervous system, specifically the Central Nervous system, more commonly abbreviated to CNS.
The respiratory system is the system of the body that controls all breathing functions. Another word for it is the ventilatory system. It controls the oxygen intake and the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide between the body its environmental elements.
The cerebellum in the brain.

The nervous system controls our lives and all of our body functions.
The endocrine system helps your body properly function. These glands secrete hormones to regulate many bodily functions.
The nervous system controls all of the other body systems.

The brain is not an organism, however it is an organ.
The brain controls all of the body including the nervous system, circulatory system, and, muscular system.

The endocrine system which is formed of all endocrine glands of body which along with nervous system of body, controls and coordinates the body functions and maintains a homestasis inside the body.
