Best Answer

The hardest bone in your body is the thigh bone, which is stronger than concrete.

Answer:

Depending on how you look at it there are two possible answers:

  • The hardest bone in the body is the temporal bone, more specifically the petrous part of it. It is stronger and harder than any other bone in the body.
  • The bones of the inner ear are protected by the temporal bone and would be hardest to get to to break

Not being an osteopath i will have to guess at the femur; or more precisely the head of the femur 8the hip joint).

I guess this because it has to withstand the greatest stresses.

Most likely the toughest bone, in terms of the forces that are placed upon it, would be the talus. It is part of the ankle and it is the most weight load-bearing bone in the human body.
