You click on the Chart Wizard button to start the process of making a graph.

frst make a table. then highlight it. click insert at the top of the page. there will be a selection of graphs. choose scatter plot.
A circle graph is usually called a Pie or Donut graph. You highlight the data you want to graph and click on the type of graph you want to insert. Right click on the axis you want to change the scale for. In other words, put the mouse pointer over the axis on the chart and click on the right mouse button. Then click Format Axis on the menu that comes up. A new dialog box will appear with a number of tabs on it. One of those is for Scale. In that one you can make the changes you want.

I would call it easy...You can make a graph with a single click of a button and you can do a summary in the form of subtotals with about 3 clicks.
click SAVE or SAVEAS
Just simply click on the button you wish to use.
Click the make a account button and you can make a character.
