Hungary, Bulgaria, Japan, Italy, Finland (from Operation Barbarossa to 1944), Thailand, Slovakia, Romania It should be noted however, that not all of these allies were particuraly strong or supportive. Several (Slovakia especially) were really just puppet governments set up by the Germans which lacked popular support, but were so brutal and intimidating that no one rose up against them. Answer Directly Japan and Italy (Mussolini) but he also had the moral support of Spain.

The Soviet Union was a defacto ally of Germany when they decided to split Poland in half.
