There are more than 50 countries on the African continent. Of these only a few actually border South Africa - Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Swaziland, and Lesotho (which is completely landlocked by South Africa).
Vietnam is bordered by China to the north, Laos to the west, Cambodia to the southwest, and the Gulf of Tenkin and the South China Sea on the east. So, it is not bordered by any other country on Earth.
Whenever I see a question that begins with "Which...", this peculiar feeling sweeps over me,
and I begin to fantasize that somewhere in the interstellar medium there drifts a list of choices
that used to be a part of the question but was somehow mysteriously lost.
Israel is such a small country that it has very little border to share with other countries.
