In the United States hair dyes are monitored by the federal government and then again by the state. If you have never colored your hair before and are worried about a reaction, you can schedule a consultation with a colorist and request an allergy test. The colorist will apply a small amount of color to the inside of your elbow. In 24 hours if there is no redness or irritation it will be extremely unlikely that you will have any problems with a color service. Any Allergies should be discussed with your stylist.
yes you can.. but you may be best going to a hairdresser as you may be allergic to certain chemicals in home dyes and the hairdresser can find this out for you by carrying out a skin test on you.
It is never "good" to dye hair. It can cause damage if not properly done. It is usually best to have a professional help you.
At 13 other things, like school, should be more important... but what do i know...
-Edit- Actually, I am 12 & I disagree with that. If you want to save money you can just buy your own & have your mom, friend, etc. do it for you. If they can't do it then yeah, I agree with you :p.
I, right now, have red hair. I did it all by myself & caused no damage. Hair dye can't really cause damage to your hair, but to your scalp, eyes, etc.
You just need to be very careful & need advice before you do it.
no it is not a very good idea because if you get your hair dyed people will think your older im not saying you should look younger but im saying at age 14 or 15 because 13 is the age you just came out of age 12 and that's pretty younge and usually if people see a younger girl wearing older stuff they will think your older and if they find out your real age they will make fun of you and start talking bad.. it has happened .. they will talk bad about you because a 13 year old is not supposed to have hair dye. its too young .. im just saying you should wait a year maybe .. then things will look proper.. because some people find that when younger girls wear older girl stuff it is less attractive .. so i would say just wait a year. :)
It is completely safe... although coloring hair can cause dry or dead hair in the future! It can damage your hair. Although highlights i have had then and my hair is fine. Completely coloring can damage hair. :)
If I were you, I wouldn't dye my hair because it ruins your hair. So no, it isn't safe to dye your hair.
If your 14 years old you might still live with dad, mom, or grandma. You might even live with grandma. Your parents might not like it wait unit your older...
yes it is any child who gone through pueberty 9-13 can start
ION. That is what i used when i was 12 but it damaged my hair a bit. oooor if you don't want to damage it at all, use Manic Panic or Splat.
yes it is safe to dye a child's hair because i know many kids that had it done and they are fine
yes
All hair dye is potentially damaging. If you colour & maintain your hair properly, yes, it can be bad.
No.
depends how thick your hair is !!
yes
No,I don't think it's safe!
Yes, it is safe to dye your hair again after bleaching and toning it. However, you may want to give your hair some time to recover from the last treatment before dying it again.
Yes it is safe but becareful: if your hair is fair and damaged the colour might not all wash out.
It's totally safe, since it doesn't use peroxide. It stains your hair, and actually conditions it.
im not sure it is complete safe but i dont see why its a problem
its excatly the same as womans hair dye, safe if you take the right precautions such as bleaching, etc. i would try out temporary hair dye first
