It could be argued either way. It depends on what you are looking for. Psp's graphics are much better, while DS has the touch screen. Psp has movies, and more adult games. DS has younger kids games. I personally like PSP more.

That is an opinion question, therefore can not be answered. Some people would say a PSP is better and some people would say a Nintendo DS is better.
Seeing that lots of both types are sold, some people must consider PSPs better, and some people Nintendo DSs. That means both are 'better', it may mean to you, and the other people. I got bored with a PSP, so now i want a Nintendo DS I, you should choose between which ones you like, and choose very carefully!
a psp is better because it has better features like internet, a camera, etc.
