in NC i see people drive mopeds with no problems, i don't see why it would be a problem to drive the x19 or x18 around the streets, it has everything the same as the moped but shaped like a motorcycle. i would see the rules you have in your state about mopeds and ask some police officers. i live in wpb fl and to awnser your question no it is not legal to drive on the streets UNLESS you are 16 and Dave a drivers license and i think you have to take a motorcycle test at the dmv

Do not get one. i got one and i was so excited but when i got it they lied about everything. When i say everything, i mean everything. I guess it depends on the place you buy it from. I prefer a dealer close to you. don't make the same mistake that i did.
