We don't know. Simply because the first languages were never written down and were spoken-only languages, before mankind discovered the ability to write.

The oldest written text discovered so far dates back 5,000 years, and is written in Sumerian. The language of Ancient Sumer.

The second oldest (we think) is Sanskrit.


However, they may not be factually correct because, as stated above, not all languages were written down.
