You need to do a lot of practice. Force is developed with both speed and technique. When you have both, it wont be a problem for you. You have to do more than train technique, you have to train the muscles, so it doesn't hurt to go to the gym; for front kicks (and Round house kicks to a certain extent), you can do leg extensions to build up the muscle; and for hooking heal kick you need to work on leg curls. For side kicks, and back kicks leg presses help; and for Crescent kicks and hook kicks you can work out your hip abductors, and hip adductors. But remember that as you build muscle mass, you have to focus even harder on your flexibility, so that you don't loose it. It's also important to note that you can't use strength to replace technique. So only use weight lifting to augment the workouts (and repetition) you get at your do jang.
