All continents are partially in the Western Hemisphere (Australia is including only if including the region of Oceania). North America and South America are the only continents fully in the Western Hemisphere. The Atlantic, Arctic, Pacific, and Southern Oceans are part of the Western Hemisphere as well.
The Arctic, North Atlantic and North Pacific oceans are all in the Northern Hemisphere.
There are more than 3 - only the Indian ocean is not in the Western Hemisphere is.... i dont know

That would have to be the Atlantic and Pacific oceans.
The Indian Ocean is not in the western hemisphere. Any ocean that is east of zero degrees and one hundred and eight degrees longitude is, by definition, an eastern ocean.
