a slice of whole wheat bread or a glass of ilk, they are about tied. Orange Juice is full of sugar, so you'l have a big high of energy, then a big low. Chewing Gum is just pointless. It gives you no energy whatsoever.

Although Milk and whole wheat bread have their differences, they're about tied.
