There are a lot of options out there with healthy cooking oil. Many chefs, nutritionist and dietrians suggest a really good olive oil to cook with which can be found pretty much any where. If you wanna try something different try using safflower, sesame or flaxseed oil. Flaxseed oil is high in omega-3 fatty acids and good for your cholesterol. If you just want to rid of oil all together, you could use fruit purees, such as apple (applesauce) or prune puree.
