you need to go to three island and in the pokemart there will be a survey. fill it out with the answers" link together with all". if you do this then save and turn off the game, when you turn it back on there will be three options,1 continue,2.new game. 3. mystery gift. get a link cable or a wireless together with someone and claim your ticket.

At any Pokemon Mart, at the counter, there is a questinare that you're supposed to fill out. Go to ABC mode and do "LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL" and you'll get a Myatery Gift. You'll be asked to save the game and then if you want to get the gift, restart the game. On the title screen it says Mystery Gift on the bottom. Be sure you have internet connection to use this though. The gift is the Aurora Ticket which leads you to Deoxys. You have to give the ticket to the guy at Vermillion Harbor to go, though.
