The oldest Duggar kid (Josh) was married on 9/26/08 and is expecting his first child (a girl) with his wife Anna in October 2009. There is also a rumor that Jana is engaged and is getting married in the winter of 2010.

As of November 8, 2015, Josh's younger sister, Jill married Derik Dillard, and they had their son, Israel on April 6, 2015. Their, Jessa married Ben Seewald on November 1st, 2014. Jessa & Ben courted for almost a year and got engaged in August 2014. Jessa and Ben welcomed their son (no name as of yet) on November 5, 2015.

No. None of the Duggar children are handicapped. Josie Duggar has some medical complications due to her premature birth, but nothing has been released saying that she is mentally or physically handicapped.

While courtship follows the same general footprint, they also acknowledge that every relationship is different and they want each couple to openly discuss the limits they will put in place during courtship as they spend time together and evaluate their fitness for marriage. At that point, they will date, but it would be under supervision and guidance of their family and friends. As of April 2015, there is one Duggar son who is courting...Josiah.
