I think that Prokaryotic Cells represent organisms with no DNA.

Bacteria is a great example of an organism that has Prokaryotic Cells.

Bacteria. Procaryote includes some types of unicellular organisms. Eukaryotes are us, plants and fungi. Prokaryote is a cell type and so is eukaryote. Prokaryote has no true nucleus and is simple and Eukaryote has a tru nucleus and is complex.
