1/ Apply online through an agent in Vietnam to get approval letter from Vietnam Immigration Department for allowing to pick up your Vietnam visa on arrival at the airport. It will take 1 - 2 days to get the approval letter.
2/ Getting your Vietnam visa stamped on your passport at airports of Vietnam. It takes 10 - 15 minutes and some times up to 2 hours.

You should apply online through an agent in Vietnam to get approval letter for pick up your Vietnam visa on arrival at Vietnam international airports : Noi Bai airport in Hanoi city, Tan Son Nhat airport in Ho Chi Minh city or Danang airport in Danang city.
Please note that without the approval letter you unable to board and unable to get visa when you reach Vietnam airport.
