Mercury, Venus, and Mars all have longer days, both solar and siderial (rotational) days.

Each rotation of Mercury takes 58.65 Earth days, Venus takes 243 Earth days, and Mars takes 1.03 Earth days (24.6 hours).

There could be exoplanets with a period of rotation longer than our day. The five dwarf planets (including Pluto) also have a longer rotation period than an Earth Day.

Venus is one. Not only does it rotate "retrograde", but its rotational period is 243 Earth days while its year is only about 225 Earth days. It's a good thing that the atmosphere is completely opaque; I'm getting a headache even trying to imagine what that looks like from the surface!

The other one is Mercury. That has a "solar day" (not the rotation period) that's twice as long as its year (orbital period).

Venus. The day is very long - 224 Earth days, and it's year (it's orbital period to travel once around the sun) is 245 Earth days, which makes a day on Venus longer than it's year! Interestingly, this planet rotates in "retrograde motion" which means that it rotates in the opposite direction that Earth does. This means that on Venus, the the sun rises in the west and sets in the east!

Why could a year on another planet be longer than ours?

a year basically means how long it takes for a planet to make a complete orbit around its sun... the earth's is 364.25 days. Planets farther than ours e.g. mars, Jupiter etc. have longer orbit therefore take longer to complete an orbit around the sun, therefore a longer year :)
