If you still want to consider it a planet, then that would be Pluto. If you're going by the new standards - Pluto is no longer a planet, but a meteor - then that'd be Mercury.

Venus is called Earth's sister planet given similarities in size and mass, but Venus is a little smaller and lighter. Based on the strength of gravitational pull alone - you'd be able to jump about 23% higher on Venus than on Earth (in idealized conditions).

You would be able to jump the farthest on Mercury.  It has the smallest gravity, 0.37 that of Earth, although Mars is a close second, at 0.38.
