This is untrue. Both Mercury and Venus have shorter orbits and therefore take less time to orbit the Sun, because they are the two planets closer to the Sun then Earth. Saturn is further from the Sun and takes much longer to orbit it.
Venus 224.7 days; Mercury 88 days. Mercury and Venus have short orbits around the sun. They need to go faster around the Sun or they will fall into it.
Mercury travels around the sun in only 88 Earth days, and Venus travels around the sun in 224 days.
