Not sure what fuse controls rear AC but there s a relay specific to rear ac.heat only. It is in the fuse/relay box under the hood. Your manual should show the diagram. There are 3 similar relays in an L-shape on my 1999. the rear ac relay is the one at the base of the L-shape.

Have someone sit in the car and turn the AC on and off as you listen at the underhood fuse box for the clicking relay. Or, you know, look in the manual.
The CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module) is a small electrical box about 5 inches square under the intake housing at the base of the drivers' side strut tower. It has 15 or so wires running into it. It controls the relays for the PCM, fan speeds and the AC.
