Tennessee has higher elevations than Florida, which is pretty darn flat. Tennessee is in the middle of the Smoky Mountain Range, and Clingman's Dome at 6,643 feet is its highest point. Florida is quite flat, and Britton Hill, its highest point is at an elevation of 345 feet. There are many buildings in Florida taller than that.
