The first states to ratify in order with the corresponding dates:

1. Delaware- December 7th 1787

2. Pennsylvania- December 11th 1787

3. New Jersey- December 18th 1787

4. Georgia- January 2nd 1788

5. Connecticut- January 9th 1788

6. Massachusetts- February 6th 1788

7. Maryland- April 26th 1788

8. South Carolina- May 23rd 1788

9. New Hampshire- June 21rst 1788

All states (13) finally ratified by May 1790.
