All planets in our solar system except for Venus and Uranus rotate counter-clockwise as viewed from above the North Pole. Another way to say this, is that Saturn moves from west to east. This is also the same direction in which every planet orbits the sun.

Most of Saturn's moons rotate in an anti-clockwise direction looking down at them from Saturn's North pole.

Saturn rotates/revolves in the same direction as Earth. That is looked at form a position above the north pole of Earth they both revolve anticlockwise.
