Organized racists who adopt ideas similar to the original Nazis in Germany. There are now modern Nazis that want to bring back the National Socialist Party.

The Nazi party was a political party in Germany. The leader of the party was Adolph Hitler.

Dictionary.com defines them as members of a fringe group inspired by Adolf Hitler's Nazis. These movements and groups are not confined to just one country. America is probably most famous for its neo-nazi organisations.

Here are a few pages on the subject

Look specifically at the Aryan Brotherhood.

The term neo-Nazism refers to any post- social or political movement seeking to revive , or some variant that echoes core aspects of Nazism. The term can also refer to the ideology of those movements.

No it is not legal. In fact, the German Constitution not only forbids Nazi-like parties, but it also forbids Nazi paraphernalia (like flags, songs and uniforms), Nazi symbols (like the swastika) and Nazi books (like Hitler's Mein Kampf). There is also a special court that determines if a political party is too much like the Nazis and can ban them if they are. It has only happened a few times since 1949. Austria- a German-speaking country that was annexed before World War II started- also has similar laws.

That said, there are unfortunately still neo-Nazi movements within Germany and Austria.

Yes. Although there are very few of them. Jewish Nazis have an immense amount of self-hatred and internal disgust, usually seeing the embrace of Nazism as the way of paying penance for the "crime" of being a Jew.
