Sources, based on testimony, vary but estimates of those pulled from the water after the sinking of Titanic usually range from 12, 13, and 14. Of those rescued, those who died are thought to be from 3-7.

Virtually all the survivors of Titanic escaped by getting seats on lifeboats (of them, 12-14 people were pulled into the boats from the water).
