The Mayflower was manufactured in England. It was built in Harwich, England. If you go there to catch the Ferry to Amsterdam, they have billboards all about building the Mayflower in the Ferry station.

Well, the mayflower was originally used for cargo transport and nobody knows for sure how the Mayflower was made, but here is a hypothesis of how it was made:

Using tools like a wooden hammer, cranes (not the modern ones though, XD), nails (probably of steel), tar (for patching holes), and rope, oh and cloth (for the sails). Well to make the belly of the boat, the pilgrims used water to "warp" the wood. Then they probably used the crane to lift the pieces of wood and next they hammered them in. One by one. After the masts were put up and the wood put in place, they used tar to "waterproof" patch the holes and cracks in the wood. Next they rigged the ropes and tied in the sails, Voila! You have the Mayflower!

Hope it helps!
