Who can access federal misdemeanor records It was for a DUI on a military base I was told by a probation officer that it would not show up that you might as well of got it in a different country?

if your going for a job with the fbi, cia, secret service them. i got one on base as well and noone can see it excpet for the military and the higher ups.
