the christian community all around the world which is a misnomer, because Easter is the pagan goddess of the Sidonians.It's another word for Easter, so if you celebrate Easter without any special reference to Christianity - you might equally call it Eastre. Reserrection Sunday is a specifically christian celebration, Celebrating spring time with eggs and all the trimminings is esentially what it's about.
